Alexandre Lacazette has no intention of joining West Ham United
Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette will not leave the club this summer unless a side playing Champions League football next season comes in for him.
This is exactly why the player and Lyon so easily turned down a E40m offer from West Ham United.
Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in the player, but PSG are in the driving seat, in contact all the time with his entourage, having already reached an agreement with certain parties last year, before it is believed that PSG reneged on the deal after talks with Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Doha culminated in the Swede agreeing to stay.
Lyon want E50m & if PSG fail to land a superstar name, of the Ronaldo and Higuain calibre, then they will move for the Les Gones man.

Marseille need the money all right . While this could change if they manage to find a new owner, that'll take forever. Nothing will happen until the French cup final is out of the way this weekend.
I've said since last summer that Lacazette is a pipe dream. If the sharpest businessman in Ligue 1 sees Martial (11 goals in Ligue 1) go for a 50 million Euros fixed fee with 30 million Euros in add-ons, why would Aulas sell a player who's been banging 'em in left, right and centre for 3 years (more than SIXTY league goals) for less, given the way the finances of the English game are going?
No problem with our owners taking a shot but the only way this get interesting is if no English CL club wants him, and even then he can still go to PSG.
I'd actually rather we got Batshuayi who might actually want to come to us and stay for a few years.

Yep, I've never seen him get anything right either.
Hopefully people don't over react if this deal is really dead, think it's great that we are aiming this high this early in the window. We're bound to lose out on some targets, but we'll get others. Hopefully we'll do our business early and get a full pre season together.
Just remember though, the Payet deal was 'dead' twice, before we eventually signed him. The club saying deal is dead and walking away could just be a negotiation tactic.
